Genuine component parts are used. If they are unavailable, we notify you.

Start with the problem you see.
Contact us if your watch has stopped, does not keep time correctly, needs complete service, or has suffered water or impact damage. We assess the watch and explain the recommended work before you approve it.

Our watchmakers work across the principal traditions of modern watchmaking, from established makers to independent and small series producers. We assess each watch by its movement, construction, condition, and parts support, not by brand recognition alone.
This experience includes Swiss, German, Japanese, British, French, American, Italian, Dutch, Russian, and Chinese watchmaking.
Independent makers and microbrands are welcome for assessment.
